When you make a booking using our platform, you give us your personal information. We also collect such information through automated technology such as cookies placed on your browser, with your consent where applicable, when you visit our sites. We also receive information from affiliated companies within Turon Holidays, as well as business partners and other third-parties, which help us improve our platform and associated tools and services, update and maintain accurate records, potentially detect and investigate fraud, and more effectively market our services.
How is your personal information shared?
Your personal information may be shared to help you book your travel and/or vacation, assist with your travel and/or vacation stay, communicate with you (including when we send information on products and services or enable you to communicate with travel providers and/or property owners), and comply with the law. Terms of Service
General
These terms and conditions (including the exclusion of liability) bind you as a customer of Turon Holidays when making your booking with Turon Holidays LLC (308466158). These Terms form the agreement entered when you use our website to book your tours and when we supply our 'Group Tour', 'Private Tour', 'Customized Tour' and 'Short Package' products. Your booking indicates that you have had sufficient opportunity to access these Terms and that you have read, accepted and will comply with these Terms. References in these terms and conditions to Turon Holidays includes (where the context permits) our employees, agents, contractors and suppliers and these terms and conditions (including exclusions from liability) apply to their benefit.
Booking
To book your trip, select your preferred start and end dates and complete our online booking form, or email your tour details to sales@turonholidays.com to receive a quote promptly. Once tour availability has been confirmed by our team, an invoice will be issued for the required deposit payment. After your payment has been processed, our reservations team will send you a Booking Confirmation via email.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost must be paid at least six months before the tour start date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two months before the tour start date.
Deposit payments are non-refundable. In addition, a non-refundable 5% booking processing fee applies to each booking. Payment deadlines must be strictly observed. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the applicable due date.
Bookings made within two months of the tour start date require full payment at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation
At times, Turon Holidays may be forced to cancel a trip start date, in which case a revised trip date will be offered to you. (Reasons may include, but are not limited to, weather and safety conditions etc). We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights. If this occurs and it is not possible for you to participate in a Tour with a different start date we will offer a full refund minus any unrecoverable costs. You shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances.
Refund
In case of cancellation of a tour regardless by supplier or customer side, both sides must be aware of it 30 days prior to a departure date. In this case no penalty charges will be applied.
If Turon Holidays provides international or domestic air tickets, booking cancellation request by customer must be made 30 days prior to a departure date in order to prevent huge amount of penalty charges made by the suppliers.
